SEVEN MONTH PHOTOS

You can't see them in the photo but Violet now has two teeth.
Smiles are cute and all but I love her blank big eyed stares! Up until now month 4 had been my favorite for that exact reason.

SIPPY CUP

We started practicing drinking from a sippy cup this weekend. She started at school this past week. She understands how to hold it and that it goes in her mouth but she hasn't figured out that she needs to tilt her head back. I'm amazed how quickly she's figured the holding of the cup. At 4 1/2 months she started holding her bottle, then she suddenly lost interest. She'd rather just hit her bottle or watch the dogs.

ROLLING EVERYWHERE

I walked into the kitchen this weekend and turned around to hear Violet crying because she'd rolled across the floor and was stuck in front of the trunk. She apparently thought if she'd continue to bang her head against the trunk it would move.
