UNDER THE WEATHER

I've been under the weather the last couple of days. Don't know if it's allergies or a cold. But Violet decided to take care of me and snuggle with me on the couch. Of course we are watching Dora.

Da...Da...Da...Da...Da...DORA

In the past six weeks Violet has finally discovered the television. Her favorite show is Dora. Most nights she wants to "watch Dora and eat ice". She likes crushed ice. Weird I know.

This past weekend Nick Jr changed up their program schedule. Which meant no Dora at the times Violet could watch her. Unfortunately our DVR is upstairs in our tv room. The TV in the living room is ancient and needs to be replaced before we can get another DVR box. So monday we had to go to Target and pick up two Dora dvd's so we could still watch Dora.

I looked all over for a plush Dora doll. It's harder than you think. Most are all plastic with nylon hair. Thanks to Grandma pink baby is her baby of choice right now and it goes everywhere. Apparently it's name is Karen.

CIRCUS

Violet wasn't a fan of how loud it was but she soon warmed up. She sat on our laps most of the time.




Violet's favorite part of the circus was the horses. We see horses multiple times a day driving to and from school so I thought maybe she'd be impressed by the other animals, but no.
