FEAST OF ST.NICK

Today is the Feast of St.Nick. And for those who think I'm making it up go here. Violet got a stuffed squirrel and little car in her stocking from St.Nick(us) as well as some books from St.Nick (Grandma F).



Of course she enjoyed the paper more.

9 MONTH PHOTOS

Weren't really planning on getting a photo of her and I but we loved this photo.

I finally talked Chris into taking a family photo. Tell him he looks good.

9 MONTH CHECKUP

No shots....yeah! Violets went in for her 9 month checkup. She weighs 20 lbs which puts her at 70%. Her head is 45.3 cm putting her at 85%. And she is 29 1/2" tall putting her at 97%. That's one tall baby! We were also given the ok to feed her just about anything off the table and we should back off the jar foods. Eggs are ok too. I was hoping we'd get the ok to start introducing whole milk around 10 or 11 months but he was firm with 12 months. So I guess we'll finish up what baby food we have and move onto more table foods.

Couldn't get enough of this car all weekend. Violet could only figure out how to go backwards, not forwards. Pretty good for someone who won't crawl.
