HAIR CHALK

Had a little fun this morning with colored hair chalk. I knew they'd work great on her blonde hair. These will be great for holidays. I'm itching to do a multi-colored french braid. Might just try them on my hair too.

RECKLESS DRIVER

Violet has always played with my doll house family. She's got a ton of the Calico Critters families and house but would rather play with my doll house family in the CC house. Above is the CC car.

Here are her exact words wednesday evening: "Look Daddy, the kids are driving. The mom and dad are freaking out!" She had created a ramp down the two steps into the living room and pushing the car down it.

I need to record some of her "play" conversations she has with her toys. Like I mentioned before they are very dramatic.

 

6 MONTH 1 WEEK 2 DAY CHECKUP

Yeah, I'm counting down like that. I'm about a week out from the third trimester.

This was the first appointment the Dr. measured my stomach.  I told her I was concerned how big I was already and she confirmed that I was measuring pretty large. Ugh.

And for the record I do not love it when someone asks me how far along I am and then they proceed to tell me I'm huge.

JABBA OVER BARBIES

Jabba's Palace beat out playing Barbies yesterday. Chris picked up the Desert Skff (small ship) to go with the set. When Violet plays there is always lots of drama going on. Someone is either hurt or in trouble or crying. It doesn't matter if it's legos or dolls. And she plays really loud too, I always have to tell her to tell her toys that they need to keep it down.
