TRYING TO STAND
Violet is now trying to stand on her own. She can get herself up and hold it for a couple of seconds before falling on her butt. She of course thinks this is a game so keeps doing it over and over. Oh, and she's very excited that she has her socks that she knows she's not supposed to have.

I don't know why they become so fixated on their socks at this age. I guess it has something to do with the fact that they know how to get them off and think it's a game. When Jackson goes down for his afternoon nap, 9 times out of 10 when he wakes up and I go to get him the socks are off and on the floor. Then he points to the floor and says shocks.
It's fun to see her trying to stand on her own. Isaak only stands holding onto furniture. I'm sure it's just a matter of time before they are running and jumping... Kids sure do keep you busy.
When Robyn says she plays with her socks what she manes is the Violet likes to wear them like gloves! She then crawls into her tent and tries to climb the walls with them. A very odd child.
Not odd, creative (LOL).
