Applesauce is the one food we don't have to fight Violet to eat. She has it at just about every meal. So of course it's the first food she wants to feed herself. She keeps grabbing the spoon out of our hands when we feed her. So I'm taking that as a sign that maybe she wants to do it herself. She figured it out pretty quickly and managed to get most of it in her mouth. The white ring around her mouth is sourcream from her potato. Sourcream, another food she loves.

Oh, big surprise your daughter likes sourcream! You ate it so much!I think your stomach lining has turned into sourcream.
And of course since daddy can't stand sour cream, he gags everytimg Violet licks the sour cream spoon.
