Yesterday evening we had a our neighborhood BBQ and fireworks. The weather was great. Almost chilly last night.

The looks looked pretty at sunset.
Violet made it till 10:00 last night, then woke up this morning at 5:45. As a result she's a bit crabby today.
Getting tired.

Loved the hairdo. Violet's hair looked like a big sparkler. Very snazzy. I'm sure she had a great time with the girls and loved the fireworks. Can tell from the last pic that our little girl was getting very tired. Jackson spent the better part of Sat. at his Aunt's house in Marine, IL. They have a pond on the property and he got to go swimming (with daddy right beside) in the pond, then some boating, riding his new 2 wheeler and watching the nighttime fireworks. By the time the fireworks were over he told his mama he wanted to go to bed.
