BATHTIME

Last night Violet was trying to go to sleep while getting her bath. Pretty funny.
She seems to be getting tired a lot earlier lately. I think it's from all the moving around. Bath time used to be at 7:30 now we can barely make it till 7 before she's asleep. Now she's asleep by 7:30. Which is nice because then we can get some stuff done around the house if we need to.

THANKS DON HALL

Found a package on our door step this evening from Halls. I didn't order anything from Halls? I opened it to find this silver cup engraved with Violets initials, birthdate, and a crown. It's really nice. Thanks Mr. Hall.

4 MONTH CHECK UP

So Violet weighs 15lbs 1oz which puts her in the 80 percentile. Her height is 25 5/8" putting her in the 90 percentile and her head is 42 1/2 cm putting her at 80 for that too. Still a big baby and at least proportionate. The doctor said she looks great and commented on her skinny long feet saying she bets we'll have a hard time finding shoes. Ughhh! I've been dreading that.
We were also told to wait a little longer to start cereal. So I think we'll start that at 5 months. All went well till the shots. She screamed and got so upset she had drool, snot and tears all running at once.

FRUSTRATION >: (

She still can't figure out how to get turned back over to her back. As a result she starts squealing. If she'd take her hand out of her mouth for a second she might figure it out.

FIRST BLOW OUT : o

Today when we arrived to pick up Violet at daycare we were told she had a bit of a blow out this morning. Apparently it happened in one of the exerscaucers. It went down her leg and into her sock. Ewww! That's one first I'm glad I missed and didn't have to clean up. Oddly enough this morning I took in new clothes for her to keep in her cubby. The clothes we had there had become to small and I finally remembered to take a bigger size in. Wouldn't you know today would be the day she needed it.
