EAT YOUR VEGGIES

I ran out of material to work on my Violet's costume so I decided to make some more stuffed food. I can see why some people love just making felt food. It's kind of addicting. I keep thinking of other foods to make. I have been making two of everything. Till I did the corn. It took way to long and I got way to carried away. It turned out great but I don't have the energy to make another. This batch of food includes 2 tomatoes, 2 carrots, 2 eggplant, 2 potatoes, and one lonely corn.

DIRTY BABIES

Violet brought me two of her babies that apparently need diaper changes. She lied them out on the coffee table, patted their bottoms and kept saying poop. Then proceeded to grab the wipes and try and open them. I quickly grabbed the camera to get these shots. I then gave her a wipe and she cleaned her babies. It was hilarious! This is the first time I've really seen her play pretend where she's taken the initiative and it wasn't something I initiated. I just sat back and let her do her thing.

BEDTIME RITUAL

1 Bath, grab our 2 babies, read 2 books (usually the same 2), sing 2 songs and then fall asleep on my shoulder drooling and snoring.

And yes... those are robot jammies. who says robots have to be for boys.

NEW TOMBSTONE

Completed tombstone for this years display. It stands 40" tall and is 11" wide at the base.
