GS GLITTER GRAND PRIX DERBY CAR

The last two nights we worked on her car. My goal was to complete it by this weekend. So I'm ahead of schedule.  Above pic is of Violet glueing the sides of the wagon onto the

She sewed the wagon cover and I bent the wire. She got to help me drill the holes for the wire.

Originally the cat was going to sit in the wagon but he puts it to close to the max weight.

WORLD SERIES PARADE

People heading into the Crown Center area.
View from bridge that connects Hallmarks main building to it's smaller buildings.

We took a short cut through some buildings and then to the under ground parking garage to avoid most of the people walking in Crown Center square.
Came out of the garage to this.

We ended up at the corner of Grand and Pershing. Not the greatest spot but it was still fun. We would have had to claim a spot at 8am to get a really good spot but I had to work. Because Crown Center is so close to Union Station (where the rally was held), the area was wall to wall people. Other areas of the parade route looked less crowded.

When the parade was over we headed back the way we came. This is a view from inside one of Hallmarks smaller buildings that looks over the square. We hurried quickly back to the car but it was useless. Took 3 hours to get home.

Saw these guys while stuck in traffic. Don't see that everyday.

HALLOWEEN 2015

Clown family!

How two year olds trick or treat.

Some of the neighborhood kids.

Monster in a box. Motion activated. Between this and the jumping spider on the other side of the driveway we made a lot of kids and parents jump.

This year we just added two more walls to the dungeon along with a door.
