Violet really likes touch and feel books. I just found touch and feel flashcards from DK.
There are four different sets. Animals, shapes and colors, numbers, and first words. Violet is really enjoying them. We opened our first pack last night and a new one tonight. We'll open the rest over the next two days. What I like most about them is that they are photos of objects and not drawings. Violet loves the fact that she can carry them around or lay them out all over the floor.
We opened the Animal pack last night. She is clearly saying eyes now and points to all the animals eyes while saying 'eyes'. She then points to the noses, mouths and ears. She also likes to jab her fingers in my eyes while saying eyes. Let's hope she doesn't try to jab her finger in my nose while saying nose.
