Santa has arrived!
I woke Violet up and we snuck downstairs. She watched as Santa picked up the elves said something to them and then put them in his bag. She's convinced she saw them move.
She did however ask why doesn't daddy want to get up and see him. We may have to approach this differently next year.
All set up.
Looks like one of the reindeer lost a bell.
We'll have to get that in the morning.
