PEOPLE ZOO

These are Playmobiles toys for toddlers. They're bigger and don't have any small parts. I LOVE Playmobile and can't wait till Violet is old enough to play with the smaller Playmobile people. I have my eyes on the castle and all it's accessories. Hope it's still around in a year or two.

I found it funny that all the people are fenced in.

HUNGRY BABIES

I'm still amazed how much she interacts with her dolls. It wasn't good good enough that the baby sat in her chair, she had to be buckled in. And I did not buckle her in. Violet also likes to get a kleenex and wipe their noses. Apparently they get runny noses.

ORDERLY BABIES

The yucky monkey is Ivy's. Violet originally set the monkey with the babies then decided he needed to go. That's her "no" face.

She was pretty proud of herself.

Love this photo. Wish we had taken this with the camera and not the phone. These are one of the neighbor kids wings. Think we might need get some fairy wings for Violet's dress up box for her bday.

SEEING DOUBLE

Thursday night I noticed Chris set out his striped blue shirt to wear Friday. I decided to wear mine too. I am dressed and ready to go before Chris gets up so I just put my zip up sweatshirt on and he was none the wiser. He didn't even see the shirt till 9:30 when I grabbed our art director to come take a pic. HAHA! I love to torment!

KC ZOO

We spent Saturday morning at the zoo. It's half off right now plus with my STL Zoo membership we got another 50% off. So it only cost $5 total. Good deal. I have a hard time paying for the KC zoo when STL is free and one of the top zoo's. But for $5 we had a good time.

Violet was mostly interested in the ducks.

Didn't make it to the Africa area. To long of a walk and Violet was getting tired.

Lastly we went to see some monkeys. Violet was getting very mellow so we headed home after this.

BIG GIRL UTENSILS

It's been about two weeks now, but Violet has officially switched over to metal utensils. Yeah! No more trying to jab food with a plastic fork and then getting mad because it falls off.

ALL DRESSED UP

I felt like we were rushing around all day to get everything set up and ready to go. Plus we had to squeeze in getting dinner ready and getting dressed. It was a long busy day. Here's some pics of Violet and I getting ready.

Violet did really, really well last night. First we went to our neighbors for a small get together before we headed out. We the made it around to 5 houses before she started pulling on the hat and fussing. She was able to say candy and bye-bye to everyone. She couldn't quite figure out trick or treat.
